Low Carb BBQ Meatloaf

what you need:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
  • handful of french fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • BBQ sauce of choice
  • more french fried onions

what you do:

Mix all ingredients except the BBQ sauce and extra french friend onions until well blended. Place into a loaf pan. Top with BBQ sauce and french fried onions. Bake at 375 degrees for roughly 45 minutes.
