Totally Simple Coconut Blueberry Smoothie

what you need:

1/2 cup homemade kefir (I strain the whey so my kefir is pretty thick)

1/2 cup coconut cream (like native forest for example)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

stevia (optional – I did not use it)

what you do:

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy right away or place it in the fridge for a thicker consistency.
